研究方向
1.血管内皮细胞调控造血干细胞稳态和再生
2.表观遗传因子调控造血干细胞或白血病命运决定
3.血管内皮细胞调控肺损伤和纤维化
主要研究方向为微环境中血管内皮细胞调控造血干细胞的稳态和再生。利用内皮特异性的基因敲除小鼠的模型和体外内皮细胞/造血干细胞共培养(分化)的方法,研究内皮细胞表达的Notch配体Jagged1,Jagged2对造血干细胞的干性维持、定向分化、细胞迁移等作用。建立器官组织特异性的血管内皮细胞系,研究血管内皮细胞调控组织再生的旁分泌功能。博士后研究方向为组蛋白变体H3.3调控造血干细胞干性的分子机制。目前的研究兴趣在于血管内皮细胞分泌的Notch信号配体调控造血干细胞的迁移和定植,血管内皮细胞表达的组蛋白变体H3.3对于造血干细胞干性和分化的调控以及肺纤维化和肺损伤的调控机理。2024年10月加入古天乐代言太阳集团网址,担任教授。
