李倩,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,湖北省相关人才项目入选者,研究方向为天然产物化学及食品运载体系的构建。在多酚化合物鉴定及功能评价,纳米乳液构建以及消化动力学调控等方面进行相关的研究。近五年,以第一作者在Nanotoxicology, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food Chemistry等国际学术期刊发表SCI 论文18篇,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,申请中国发明专利2项。
